Soft Focus :: Enfoque suave

When we dance, I often suggest the students to relax their eyes and use soft focus as they move.  It is a type of focus that is global—it encompassed the whole visual field—and receptive while still allowing their awareness to turn inward at the same time as they are visually aware of their environment and location in space.

Cuando danzamos, muchas veces sugiero que los estudiantes relajen sus ojos y utilicen un enfoque suave mientas se mueven.  Es un enfoque que es global— engloba todo el campo visual— y receptivo que todavía permite que su atención se voltee hacía dentro al mismo tiempo que estén conscientes visualmente de su entorno y ubicación en el espacio.
